Peter Pilotto has become one of my favourite brand. I say brand because the collections started to have more and more identity.

From Peter Pilotto’s collection presented yesterday (18 september in London) I love draped dresses and the prints derived from nature. On the runway were presented just a few outfits… but who need more when less is always better if we were to talk in terms of originality and quality.

I think many designers and people in general should learn this lesson: the quality is more important than the quantity.

Erdem made quite a show yesterday (17 september) in London when he presented the spring 2009 collection.

“I just wanted something soft and hyper-romantic, easy but a bit surreal at the same time,” said Erdem Moralioglu. And he succeeded the most. Beautifull chiffon and silk dresses, in a soft pallette: pale pink, blue, orange, green.

And not to mention a gorgeous french lace. Simple but sophisticated at the same time.
