“Diamonds Are Forever” is the name Elie Saab gave to its haute couture collection for ss 2008. Siren dresses, many precious stones all over the outfits, pastel colours - blue, yellow and white… a true amazing collection and a trully success.
The white silver wedding dress was breath taking, and Elie Saab showed his value as a designer once again.

On january 22, Christian Lacroix presented his haute couture collection for ss 2008. He called his Summer collection “An Angel Passing By”, and the look was trully angelic. Dresses inspired by eighteen century, beautifull embroideries on chiffon and bright colours (blue, red, green, pink and white).
A very glamourous collection completed by amazing accesories and not to mention black and white shoes.

Fashion is all over us… from clothes to small goodies such as postcards. I found some beautifull postcards created by Achille Mauzan, who was one of the most influencial illustrator of posters and postcards.
During his life he designed more that 1000 postcards, some of them reflecting the changes in fashion. You can still buy some of these collectibles postcards from here.
I’m not a very big fan of sport outfits, in fact I (almost) never wear sport shoes, but in case I go to the mountains I choose some shoes with an interesting design and beautifull colours.
I took a look at Nike’s collection for this spring, and I found couple of shoes I simply love. Black and gold, made of finest materials, and with a very interesting design. I could wear them with black jeans and no socks. Really nice!
We are very close to Valentine’s Day so we must think of couple of outfits in order to surprise our husband/boyfriend in a spectacular way.
