Kartoon kouture

What do you think of these hats created by Soren Bach? I think they are so bright and colourfull. A bit too much for spring-summer but great for a carnival show.

First hat could launch a new trend for motorcycle fans during the winter.

Sissi Rossi Bag

I found this yellow Sissi Rossi bag very urban and chic. I love the plaited strap and the zip fastening sits on the main opening. It’s available for 455 pounds at Browns.

Red Summer Shoes

Posted By: admin  //  Category: Fashion trend, Focus: shoes

Red I might say is the new black this season. Red is a vibrant colour, the colour of passion, of life. Nothing is more sexy and appealing than a pair of hot red high heels shoes. I’ve got to have at least one pair of red shoes this summer.

I invite you to get inspired from this amazing shoes created by Biba, Christian Louboutin, Stella McCartney and Giambattista Valli.

Max Chaoul Bridal

Max Chaoul is the French designer behind some of the prettiest and most joyful gowns that a bride could ever wish to wear.

Max Chaoul started it’s business 11 years ago and he has a showroom in Paris.

Other boutiques are located throughout Europe and the United States, including Paris, London, Marseilles, New York and Beverly Hills.

I love his dynamic creations, the touch of elegance and I confess I never been so amazed by a collection since Elie Saab’s F/W ‘08-’09 runway.

Comic book fashion

Prints inspired from comic books can be found this season almost everywhere: on t-shirts, skirts, jackets and even furniture.

Philip Lim creates a pumpkin coloured happy face t-shirt, Balenciaga is addicted to a multi coloured comic book t-shirt and Moss launched a series of furniture items (tables, beds and cabinets) featuring the artwork of graphic artist Guido Crepax (1933-2003), who was hugely influential in the development of European comic art in the second half of the 20th century.

And it’s time for a cocktail. Classy, elegant, stilish or colourfull and chic. Get inspired from what I suggest you below.

Afternoon outfit

Posted By: admin  //  Category: Fashion trend

One of the outfits that I recommend for an afternoon spent at shopping or with some friends etc.

Remember that:

  • Large tops must be combined with skinny jeans.
  • For a touch of colour you can use coloured flats and accesories.
  • If you pick a top with pleating detail don’t use any more accesories. You know “less is more”.

Metropolitan Museum’s Costume Institute Gala

Of course many celebrities attented the event showing their long and beautifull gowns. To make it short I loved the elegance inspired by Victoria Beckham’s outfit, the sensuality of Gisele and the latin glamourous touch signed Eva Longoria.

Once more art and fashion go together

Emma Hack is an artist who likes to paint her models to mach the wallpapers she creates. I find her work very inspiring and meticulous due to the fact that she spends no less than 19 hours copying the design from the wall-covering onto the naked women.

I think is fascinating as once more art and fashion go together.
